Amends Correction Law Section 168-f, Subdivision 4 to reduce the registration deadline for sex offenders from ten calendar days to five calendar days after a change of address.

Applies the five-day deadline to changes in internet accounts, internet access providers, internet identifiers, or status of enrollment, attendance, employment, or residence at institutions of higher education.

Maintains the ten-dollar fee requirement for each address change or status change registration, with non-payment not affecting acceptance of the registration.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
