Expands eligibility for the Get On Your Feet Loan Forgiveness Program to include graduates with associate's and graduate degrees, not just undergraduate degrees.

Raises income threshold from $50,000 to $60,000 annually for applicants employed in mental hygiene programs or services regulated, operated, funded, or approved by the Department of Mental Hygiene.

Extends loan forgiveness awards from 24 months to 36 months of federal income-driven repayment plan payments for eligible mental hygiene workers earning less than $60,000.

Requires mental hygiene workers receiving awards to maintain at least part-time employment and New York state residency for the entire 36-month repayment period.

Authorizes the corporation to establish rules limiting award amounts based on degree type (associate's, bachelor's, or graduate) and creating recipient selection methods if funding is insufficient.
