Adopts the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact model language into New York law and enters into the compact with all jurisdictions legally joining therein (Part A)

Adopts the Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact model language, as revised as of February 4, 2021, into New York law and enters into the compact with all jurisdictions legally joining therein (Part B)

Adopts the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact into New York law and enters into the compact with all jurisdictions legally joining therein (Part C)

Each part takes effect 90 days after the bill becomes law, with rule and regulation amendments authorized to be made prior to the effective date

Severability clause provides that if any portion of the act is found invalid by a court, the remainder shall remain in effect
