Enacts the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact, approved by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing on May 4, 2015, into New York law and enters into agreement with all jurisdictions legally joining the compact.

Enacts the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Compact, adopted by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing delegate assembly on August 12, 2020, into New York law and enters into agreement with all jurisdictions legally joining the compact.

Authorizes the addition, amendment, and repeal of rules and regulations necessary to implement both compacts effective immediately upon the bill becoming law.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law, with severability clause preserving the act if any provision is found invalid by a court.
