Amends section 700 of the county law to require the district attorney of Hamilton county to work full-time.

Adds Hamilton county to the list of counties whose district attorneys must give their whole time to their duties and cannot engage in the practice of law or other compensated professional activities.

Applies the same restrictions that currently apply to district attorneys in counties with populations over 100,000 and to Essex county district attorneys.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
