Adds internet service to the list of essential services (heat, water, electricity, and elevator service) that NYCHA must maintain and report on.

Mandates NYCHA publish information on its website regarding internet service disruptions, including duration and restoration steps, with a six-month retention requirement.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
