Amends the Election Law section 14-130 to prohibit candidates from using campaign funds to pay settlement fees, fines, or penalties related to criminal or civil actions involving allegations of sexual harassment.

Adds a new paragraph (xii) to the list of prohibited uses of campaign funds, joining existing prohibitions on personal travel expenses and childcare expenses.

Applies to settlement fees, fines, or penalties assessed against a candidate in connection with any criminal or civil action, investigation, or prosecution involving sexual harassment allegations.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
