Authorizes corporations that were lawfully practicing engineering or land surveying in New York since April 15, 1935 to also practice geology if they have at least one officer or director licensed as a professional geologist.

Amends the certificate of authorization requirements to include professional geology services alongside professional engineering and land surveying services.

Extends the same regulatory oversight and discipline authority to professional geology practices as applies to engineering and land surveying practices under state education law.

Maintains the triennial registration requirement for such corporations at a fee of fifty dollars.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
