Amends New York Education Law by adding Section 319 to establish reimbursement for schools transitioning away from Native American names, logos, and mascots.

Defines "native name, logo, or mascot" as any person, animal, or object representing a school district that names, refers to, represents, or is associated with Native Americans or their cultures and specific tribes.

Requires the commissioner to reimburse schools for actual transition costs including selecting and designing new names/logos/mascots, replacing uniforms and materials, and replacing marquees, signs, and artwork bearing the old names or logos.

Covers reimbursement for replacing school facilities bearing Native American names or logos, including buildings, athletic fields, courts, structures, vehicles, and floors.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
