Provides annual awards of $40,000 to eligible licensed dentists employed as faculty at New York dental schools who teach at least 12 academic credit hours, with a maximum cumulative benefit of $160,000 per recipient.

Requires applicants to be licensed dentists with outstanding dental degree student loan debt, previous clinical experience, and completion of coursework qualifying them as dental faculty or adjunct clinical faculty.

Limits awards to a maximum of four years and requires awards to be made within appropriated funds based on availability.

Mandates an association representing New York academic dental centers develop a uniform academic dentistry curriculum without competitive bidding requirements.
