Amends insurance law sections 3216, 3221, and 4303 to mandate insurance reimbursement for vaccination acquisition costs based on current or most recent Centers for Disease Control and Prevention private sector pricing plus a minimum 21 percent markup for shipping, handling, and storage.

Requires insurers to reimburse health care providers for total vaccine administration costs including supplies, data entry, vaccine counseling, inventory management, and routine nursing activities based on current year Medicare rates published by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Applies reimbursement requirements to both necessary immunizations (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, measles, rubella, mumps, haemophilus influenzae type b, and hepatitis b) and immunizations with active recommendations from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

Takes effect January 1 following enactment and applies to insurance contracts entered into, delivered, amended, or modified on or after the effective date.
