Amends Insurance Law Section 3105 to require any person having or claiming a right under a life insurance policy to provide reasonable assistance to the insurer in obtaining information to determine if misrepresentation occurred.

Applies only to life insurance policies that provide a death benefit and have been in force for fewer than two years from the date of issue or date of reinstatement (if evidence of insurability was requested).

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
