Amends Education Law Section 3641 to provide a supplemental valuation impact grant of $500,000 to the West Valley central school district for the 2023-2024 school year.

Changes the eligibility criteria for supplemental valuation impact grants to apply to school districts with more than 83 percent of real property classified as tax exempt.

Replaces previous grant recipients (Barker central school district and Haverstraw-Stony Point central school district) with the West Valley central school district as the sole recipient under this program.

Specifies that the $500,000 grant shall be paid according to payment schedules in Education Law Section 3609-a, notwithstanding any other provision of law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
