County committee members receive voting power proportional to the ratio of votes their district received for the party's gubernatorial candidate in the most recent general state election.

Requires county committee designation meetings to occur between 21 days before and on the first day for filing designating petitions for the primary election.

Mandates county committees file designated candidates' names with the county board of elections within four days of the designation meeting.

Permits enrolled party members to make alternative candidate designations by petition and prohibits any person from receiving multiple county committee designations for different offices.
