Amends the Environmental Conservation Law to require the Department of Environmental Conservation to disseminate information about hunting, fishing, and outdoor education to promote instruction in grades 9-12 physical education courses.

Amends Education Law Section 809-a to require public secondary schools to provide hunting, fishing, and outdoor education instruction as part of physical education upon request of 10 or more enrolled students.

Mandates that the Education Commissioner, in consultation with the Environmental Conservation Commissioner, establish a curriculum covering hunting and fishing seasons, species, license requirements, outdoor recreation opportunities, and the history and benefits of hunting and fishing in New York.

Takes effect July 1 following the date the bill becomes law, with rule and regulation amendments authorized immediately upon enactment.
