Establishes the New York State Agriculture Educators Loan Forgiveness Incentive Program to provide student loan forgiveness awards to agriculture educators teaching in New York State.

Defines "agriculture educator" as an instructor providing didactic instruction in agriculture, food, and natural resources through lessons in science, communications, leadership, management, and technology.

Requires applicants to have graduated from an approved New York State college or university, hold outstanding student loan debt, work full-time as an agriculture educator in New York for at least two years, reside in New York for at least two years post-graduation, and apply within two years of graduation.

Awards shall be granted on a competitive basis with consideration for economically disadvantaged applicants, subject to available appropriated funds.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
