Establishes disability retirement benefits for correction officers, correction supervisors, deputy sheriff patrols, and deputy sheriff patrol supervisors who are disabled due to MRSA or Staph/MRSA contracted in employment.

Provides that MRSA/Staph/MRSA diagnosis resulting in disability is presumptive evidence the disability occurred in performance of duty, unless proven otherwise by competent evidence.

Requires that employees must have passed a pre-employment physical examination showing no evidence of MRSA or Staph/MRSA prior to service eligibility.

Sets disability retirement allowance at three-quarters (75%) of the member's final average salary with no reduction for Workers' Compensation benefits.

Takes effect immediately and exempts the provision from section 25 of the Retirement and Social Security Law.
