Voters casting affidavit ballots must produce a valid identification document from paragraph (a) of the election law, with documents issued within 120 days prior to the election.

Voters must provide printed copies of identification documents that exist in electronic form when voting by affidavit ballot.

Inspectors must offer affidavit ballots only after voters have produced required identification documents.

Absentee ballots must be postmarked no later than the first day of early voting (instead of election day) to be counted if received within seven days after the election.

Absentee ballots received by mail without a dated postmark are presumed timely if the board of elections timestamp shows receipt on the day of the election.
