Directs the Department of Veterans' Services to establish and operate a publicly accessible electronic database showing the number of available openings at each state veterans' home.

Requires the database to display the number of eligible individuals on the waiting list for admission to each state veterans' home.

Mandates the database include information on the admission process, including eligibility requirements related to military service history, honorable discharge, service-connected disability, and skilled nursing needs.

Requires the Department of Veterans' Services and Department of Health to jointly maintain and update the database information on a real-time basis.

Takes effect on the 180th day after enactment, or on the same date as Part PP of Chapter 56 of the 2022 laws if that provision has not yet taken effect.
