Amends workers' compensation law to expand eligibility for mental injury claims based on extraordinary work-related stress from specific occupations (police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, emergency dispatchers) to all workers.

Prohibits the workers' compensation board from denying a mental injury claim solely on the grounds that the stress was not greater than stress normally occurring in the work environment.

Applies the protection to any worker who files a claim for mental injury premised upon extraordinary work-related stress incurred at work.

Takes effect on January 1st following the date the bill becomes law.
