Establishes a department scoring system for quality reporting results, granting top quartile facilities "advanced standing" classification allowing surveillance every 18 months instead of annually.

Requires the department to post assisted living quality reporting results on its website by January 31, 2025.

Directs the department to report to the legislature by February 15, 2025 on developing a quality scoring system for adult care facilities and enriched housing providers.
