Changes the name of the Bellport Volunteer Firemen's Benevolent Association to the Bellport Volunteer Firefighter's Benevolent Association.

Reduces the board of trustees from seven members to five members, consisting of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and one additional trustee.

Modifies the reference to the insurance law sections governing foreign fire insurance premium taxes from sections 5153 and 5154 to sections 9104 and 9105.

Expands the permitted use of taxes collected from foreign fire insurance companies, allowing the association to use these funds in furtherance of its general purposes as set forth in the charter, rather than limiting use solely to care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer firemen and their families.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
