Allows Kevin Donohue to take the competitive civil service examination for full-time police officer position with the town of Goshen police department, notwithstanding age requirements or other provisions of civil service law.

Exempts Kevin Donohue from standard age requirements under section 58 of the civil service law due to his continuous employment as a part-time police officer with the town of Goshen.

Places Kevin Donohue on the eligible list for full-time police officer appointment contingent upon his examination score.

Requires Kevin Donohue to comply with all applicable merit and fitness provisions of civil service law for full-time police officers.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
