Increases permanent total disability benefits for volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers from $600 to $1,200 per week, effective immediately.

Increases the earnings threshold for disabled firefighters and ambulance workers with total loss of use of both eyes, hands, arms, feet, or legs from $800 to $1,600 per week before benefits are reduced.

Raises temporary total disability benefits for volunteer firefighters injured on or after July 1, 2023 from $650 to $800 per week.

Increases permanent partial disability benefits for volunteer firefighters injured on or after March 1, 2023 to $800 per week (for 75%+ earning capacity loss) and $536 per week (for 50-75% loss), with corresponding increases for ambulance workers.

Doubles disfigurement award limits for both firefighters and ambulance workers from $20,000 to $40,000 maximum.
