Requires health insurers to cover breast ultrasounds whenever a mammography screening is covered, if a physician determines a person has extremely dense or heterogeneously dense breast tissue.

Applies to three insurance law sections covering different types of health insurance plans: section 3216 (hospital and medical services), section 3221 (health maintenance organizations), and section 4303 (disability insurance).

Takes effect 60 days after the bill becomes law and applies to all policies and contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after the effective date.
