Requires all health insurance policies providing hospital, surgical, or medical care to offer full coverage for multi-marker testing related to ovarian cancer for patients diagnosed with an ovarian adnexal mass

Coverage applies to individual policies, group policies, blanket policies, and medical expense indemnity corporations, hospital service corporations, and health service corporations

Multi-marker testing coverage shall not be subject to annual deductibles or coinsurance and shall be borne entirely by the insurer

Extends the same multi-marker testing coverage requirement to Medicaid under the Social Services Law

Effective January 1st following enactment and applies to policies issued, reissued, renewed, modified, or amended on or after that date
