Insurance providers offering policies under the Affordable Care Act and Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 must maintain a publicly accessible database of foreign language services available to customers and insured individuals.

Database must include the name, location, medical specialty, and languages spoken by doctors, physicians, and other health care providers covered under the insurance provider's policies.

Becomes effective 120 days after enactment, with authority granted to implement necessary rules and regulations immediately upon passage.
