Expands the stated purposes of the Ocean Beach Volunteer and Exempt Firefighters' Benevolent Association to include providing social and recreational activities and enhancing morale of volunteer members, in addition to relief and aid services.

Broadens the allowable use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected by the corporation from only "care and relief of disabled or indigent" firefighters to any use that furthers the corporation's purposes as defined in the amended statute.

Applies the amendment to the use of insurance premium taxes retroactively to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2024.

Maintains the corporation's existing authority to collect taxes imposed under Insurance Law section 9104 on fire insurance premiums for property within Ocean Beach village in Suffolk County.
