Creates a seven-member LGBTQ+ youth and young adult suicide prevention task force to examine mental health and suicide prevention for LGBTQ+ individuals up to age 24.

Task force members appointed within 60 days by the governor (1 member), temporary president of the senate (2 members), speaker of the assembly (2 members), and commissioner of health (2 members), with appointments requiring expertise in mental health and knowledge of LGBTQ+ youth.

Task force shall study current mental health and suicide prevention practices, recommend improvements across the state, and determine reasons for high suicide rates among LGBTQ+ youth and young adults.

Requires preliminary report to governor and legislature within 13 months and final report with legislative proposals within 22 months of the effective date.

Task force members serve until two years after the effective date; the act expires and is deemed repealed two years after taking effect.
