Adds Onondaga County to the list of counties authorized for deer hunting during the first Saturday after November 15 through the first Sunday after December 7, using pistol, shotgun, crossbow, muzzle loading firearm, rifle, or long bow.

Adds Onondaga County to the list of counties authorized for deer and bear hunting during the first Saturday after November 15 through the first Sunday after December 7, using pistol, shotgun, crossbow, muzzle loading firearm, rifle, or long bow only.

Amends existing provisions for the Southern Tier, Central and Western region to exclude Onondaga County from those general hunting regulations.

Act takes effect immediately but expires and reverts on October 1, 2025, at which point all provisions are deemed repealed.
