Authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept a late application for real property tax exemption from the United Church of God Seventh Day for portions of 2021-2022 school taxes and 2021 general taxes.

Exemption applies to the parcel located at 180 Denton Ave, Lynbrook (Nassau County tax map section 38, block 93, lot 30).

The application shall be reviewed as if it had been received by the applicable taxable status dates, provided the organization would otherwise qualify for exemption.

Upon approval by the Nassau County legislature, the assessor may grant full exemption from taxation and correct the relevant tax rolls.

Permits the county to refund any taxes already paid and cancel outstanding taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens at the governing body's discretion.
