Adds juvenile delinquency law and procedure overview to required training programs for child representative attorneys, developed in consultation with the state office for the prevention of domestic violence.

Requires all attorneys for children (new and veteran) to complete an initial six-hour training period and ongoing training as prescribed by the court.

Mandates that training programs and providers be approved by the office of court administration following consultation with the state office for the prevention of domestic violence.

Encourages public defender offices and representation agencies to provide training on juvenile delinquency issues approved by the state bar for continuing legal education credit.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
