Expands membership of the interagency task force on trafficking in persons by adding three new state officials: the commissioner of the department of transportation, the commissioner of the department of motor vehicles, and the executive director of the New York state thruway authority.

Renumbers the task force's appointed member positions from (12)-(15) to (15)-(18) to accommodate the new government agency representatives.

Maintains the task force's existing composition of executive agency commissioners, victim services officials, and legislatively-appointed members along with representatives from non-profit and bar association organizations.

Requires the task force to meet no less than three times per year with written notice provided to all members in advance of each meeting.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
