Creates an 11-member task force to promote 3D printed housing in New York state, with appointments from the governor (5 members), temporary president of the senate (2 members), speaker of the assembly (2 members), and mayor of New York City (2 members)

Task force must include representatives from a building trades union, a 3D printed housing construction business, a licensed architect, a certified urban planner, the division of homes and community renewal, and the department of state division of building standards and codes

Task force shall develop recommendations on state legislation, regulatory environment, government initiatives, and inducements to promote large scale 3D printed housing construction

Task force must issue a report to the governor and legislature by July 1, 2025, addressing state and local initiatives, regulations, and incentives to promote affordable, sustainable, and safe 3D printed housing while creating living wage jobs

Defines "3D printed housing" as residences manufactured primarily through computer-controlled depositing, joining, or solidifying of material added layer by layer
