Allows licensed telehealth providers to deliver health care services in school facilities alongside traditional school-based health, dental, and mental health clinics.

Defines telehealth providers as those delivering health care services by means of telehealth in accordance with article 29-G of the public health law.

Requires telehealth providers to employ duly licensed health professionals authorized to provide services under their respective practice acts.

Establishes that costs of telehealth services shall not be charged to school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, or charter schools, and must be paid from federal, state, or other local funds.

Mandates written parental consent before telehealth services may be provided to students and specifies that telehealth providers and their employees cannot be basis for liability claims against schools.
