Adds mpox to the list of immunizations that licensed pharmacists may administer under a patient-specific order or non-patient-specific regimen prescribed by a physician or certified nurse practitioner.

Extends mpox immunization authority to certified nurse practitioners, allowing them to prescribe and order mpox vaccines to pharmacists for administration to patients eighteen years of age or older.

Applies to the same conditions as other immunizations already authorized for pharmacist and nurse practitioner administration, including influenza, pneumococcal, hepatitis A and B, COVID-19, and others.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
