Mandates that eviction and misdemeanor/violation data be posted on the Office of Court Administration website in a monthly-updated, digitally-processable format rather than PDF or scanned documents.

Requires the chief administrator to establish rules facilitating record sharing among all courts in the unified court system for family offense proceedings and orders of protection, subject to applicable confidentiality and sealing laws.

Directs that all court data compilation and public reporting by the chief administrator include information from town and village courts disaggregated by county and individual court, with implementation phased over 180 days to two years depending on the provision.
