Requires the ethics commission of the unified court system to post annual financial disclosure statements of state-paid judges and justices on its website for public review for at least five years, beginning with filings made January 1, 2018.

Statements must be posted within 30 days of receipt or within 10 days of receipt of amendments that correct identified deficiencies, and must include all information except where the commission makes individual determinations to delete certain information.

Applies to all state-paid judges and justices regardless of their annual compensation rate, including any amendments they file to their initial disclosure statements.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
