Adds new section 210-b to New York labor law establishing that paid sick leave taken by an employee shall not result in a reduction of other paid time off.

Defines "paid sick leave" as full wages paid during employee absence for illness, injury, medical condition, or medical diagnosis/treatment for the employee or specified family members (child, spouse, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, aunt, or uncle).

Prohibits employers from reducing paid time off for purposes other than sick leave when an employee uses paid sick leave.

Applies to all employers including private businesses and governmental entities in New York State.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
