Allows pharmacists employed by registered cannabis organizations to certify patients for medical cannabis use, provided they complete a two-hour training course and register with the office.

Pharmacist certifications are capped at a maximum fee of $25.

Removes the one-year expiration requirement for registry identification cards, allowing them to remain valid indefinitely unless the practitioner specifies an earlier expiration date.

Eliminates the provision allowing registry cards to remain valid until a terminally ill patient's death.

Changes the requirement that all certification requirements be satisfied to requiring only that a requirement be satisfied, and makes health care record documentation optional if applicable.
