Amends Election Law Section 3-401 to require county boards of elections and the New York City Board of Elections to prepare reports detailing assignments of election inspectors and poll clerks.

Reports must specifically enumerate all poll sites where election inspectors or poll clerks have not yet been assigned and detail efforts made to fill those positions.

Reports must be filed with the State Board of Elections no later than one month prior to the election at which the assignments are to take effect.

Expands existing reporting requirements that previously covered only election coordinators to now include election inspectors and poll clerks.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
