Allows home-schooled students to apply to their resident school district's board of education to attend career education classes at boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES).

Requires applications be submitted by April 15 preceding the school year, with school boards having discretion to adopt a policy permitting such attendance.

Home-schooled students must meet the same behavioral standards, health examinations, and immunization requirements as public school students enrolled in the district.

Students must annually meet all academic requirements under Commissioner Regulation 100.10, though school districts may establish additional academic eligibility requirements.

Transportation provided only from the school bus departure point to the BOCES facility and back, with no additional transportation offered.
