Requires the New York Commissioner of Education to establish a uniform dress code applicable to all public high schools statewide.

Uniform dress code must specify the length, color, cut, style, and condition of required clothing; required logos and/or designs; whether non-specified logos and designs are permitted; when and where the code applies; and disciplinary procedures for non-compliance.

Public high schools must implement and enforce the established uniform dress code to receive state school funding apportionment.

The act takes effect July 1 following enactment and applies to school years beginning on or after that date.
