Amends Section 219 of New York County Law to authorize Cattaraugus County to discontinue reforested land status for four specific parcels in the Town of Perrysburg.

First parcel contains approximately 23.73 acres of land part of Lot 16, Town 6, Range 9 of the Holland Land Company's survey, bounded by Easton Road.

Second parcel contains approximately 31 acres, also part of Lot 16, Town 6, Range 9, bounded by lands conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Cattaraugus County Clerk's Office in Liber 555 of Deeds at Page 290 on March 2, 1956.

Third parcel contains approximately 5 acres of land part of Lot 16, Town 6, Range 9 near Eaton Road in the south bounds of the lot.

Fourth parcel contains approximately 4 acres of land part of Lot 15, Town 6, Range 9, located near Eaton Road in the north bounds of the lot; takes effect immediately upon enactment.
