Amends Social Services Law Section 365-a to expand Medicaid coverage for prenatal and postpartum care services.

Adds remote ultrasound scans and remote fetal non-stress tests to the list of covered maternal health services.

Services must be recommended by a physician or other authorized health care practitioner and provided by qualified practitioners.

Federal financial participation is required for these provisions to take effect.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
