Amends Vehicle and Traffic Law Section 1151 to require vehicles to yield right of way to all multi-use trail users crossing a roadway in a crosswalk

Applies same crossing limitations to multi-use trail users (including bicyclists) as pedestrians when crossing at a crosswalk contiguous to the trail

Defines "multi-use trail" as trails established by the Department of Transportation, Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Department of Environmental Conservation, New York State Canal Corporation, Hudson River Valley Greenway, other state agencies, or county/city/town/village/private entities for pedestrians, bicyclists, and non-motorized transport

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
