Amends Section 11 of the Court of Claims Act to allow claimants to apply to court for permission to correct mistakes, omissions, irregularities, or defects in notices of intention or claims at any stage of the action.

Permits correction of pleading defects not related to the manner or time of filing and service, provided the other party was not prejudiced by the error.

Grants court discretion to correct, supply, or disregard defects in good faith, with corrections deemed effective retroactively (nunc pro tunc).

Requires applications to correct include a copy of the proposed corrected notice of intention and/or claim.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
