Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to add the Fulton city school district to the list of school districts permitted to establish insurance reserve funds.

Allows the Fulton city school district to make expenditures from the reserve fund for losses, claims, actions, or judgments related to specific types of insurable risks under Insurance Law Section 1113(a)(3).

Establishes that the insurance reserve fund operates in compliance with both General Municipal Law Section 6-n and Education Law Article 74.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
