Requires employers to provide paid vacation to employees working an average of 20 hours per week or more: 2 weeks after 1 year of employment, 3 weeks after 3 years, and 4 weeks after 5 years.

Allows employers to provide all required vacation time at the beginning of the calendar year but prohibits reducing or revoking vacation based on actual hours worked during that year.

Restricts employers from penalizing or intimidating employees who exercise vacation rights, and prohibits requiring work-related communication or action during paid vacation time.

Limits employer notice requirements for vacation requests to a maximum of 4 weeks prior notice and allows employees entitled to more than one week to take vacation in non-consecutive weeks if requested.

Permits employees to forgo paid vacation with employer consent in exchange for double their standard wages, to be paid before the end of their employment year.
