Amends the annual reporting requirements for the New York access to home programs to focus on local administrators rather than individual contracts and recipients.

Changes reported data points to include number of applications received to become local administrators, applications selected for award, funding awarded to local administrators, geographic service areas, number of beneficiaries awarded, average award amounts, and ineligible applicants.

Removes previous reporting requirements on project types, demographic information of beneficiaries, unmet demand, denial rates, and project completion timelines.

Specifies that reporting on completed contracts shall only relate to contracts that concluded in the previous year, as applicable.

Requires reports to be posted on the Division of Housing and Community Renewal's website in a clear and conspicuous manner.
